Thunderkick Surprises Us With Babushkas Slot Machine

What We Love

The entire design of Babushkas revolves around those little Russian dolls that nest one inside the other. There are a total of 7 dolls in each case, ranging from big to very small. The smaller the doll that hides inside, the older it is, and the more money it can bring you.

The nested dolls allow you to upgrade the symbols as you get winning combinations from them, so you can win more in time. The ranks will start from 6, where there is a Baby, and will eventually reach 0, where you have the Babushka.

It’s an excellent look for this game, with a Russian inspiration that is unmistakable. You have a knitted sweater like background image, while symbols are all Matryoshka dolls. A couple of extra symbols exist, with images of wild eggs or with bears.

The Wipe Win is triggered when you have all fifteen positions on the five reels occupied by the same Babushka doll, the smallest one available. A big payout will be offered at that point.

The Wild symbol, which will have an Egg to show you, will appear on reel 3 during the rounds where it will trigger special features. That Wild Egg will then reveal a star, and once you open it there will be a randomly picked Bear to help you out. Each of those Bears has a special feature for you.

Babushkas will come out soon enough, and we will see then what kind of payouts it will offer. We’ve heard that it will have an average RTP of 95.8%, which is decent, but it could be even higher and we wouldn’t mind.
