What We Love

The action of the game takes place inside a basement laboratory, a very dark place where a tiny Dr. Frankenstein is experimenting on his monster. The monster is tied down with straps and he looks a bit on the simple side.

His body is all sewed up, the parts connected together this way. You will see all kinds of pieces of equipment from the lab in the area, but a big part of the screen is actually occupied by the set of reels. The quality of the design is excellent, as you will notice yourself, and this is true for the background graphics and for the symbols which are similarly themed. The downside is as usual, the presence of playing cards which all have the same exact design, without a theme connection.

A round of 8 free spins can be won, a feature that is always popular since you don’t have to pay for it. The way to get them is through the symbols with Scatter logos on them. They’re required to just be present somewhere on the reels 2, 3 and 4, doesn’t matter where, all three being needed.

Another scatter is the one marked Bonus. It’s a symbol which is used to activate a bonus game, and it’s especially fun because it allows you to electrocute the monster, trying to bring him to life. The scattered Bonus symbols appear on the reels 1, 3 and 5.

The final feature symbol would be the wild, also with its own logo showing. This is a symbol which will bring you a top payout of 1,000x, or up to $5,000, if it succeeds at forming its own five symbol combo. Wilds don’t replace bonus or scatter symbols.

As is often the case these days, the payouts are quite low, at just 1,000x the line bet, which would mean at most $5,000.

Worth Playing?
