Red Tiger Gaming went with the lucky Irish theme in Rainbow Jackpots.
There are some symbols which are considered lucky, there are others that are just Irish, and then there are some which are simple poker logos.
The themed symbols are the ones which have the shamrock, the glass of Guinness, the lucky horseshoe, the hat of the leprechaun, the gold coin or the pot of gold.
They all get roles to play, some as regular symbols, others as feature triggers of different sorts.
Developer
The name Red Tiger Gaming might not be ringing any bells, the reason being that it’s a company that’s just starting out, and I doubt that there are a lot of casinos offering their slots right now. The company was launched in 2014, and as is usually the case, they mention that the founders are a group of veterans of this industry.
Their slots have either Western or Asian themes, they are playable on all platforms and the design seems to be a plus for them. Dragon’s Luck is an Asian themed game, Lucky Wizard or Rainbow Jackpots are Western titles, while Five Star seems to be a game with a classic theme.
How To Play It
Whatever bet you decide to go with, you’re going to use the same Total Stake section to get to it. Since 20 lines are used, a fixed number, you also have 20 coins in that bet. You start at a minimum wager of $0.20 ($0.01 per line), and you can take it at most up to $500 ($25 per line).
I enjoyed the look of Rainbow Jackpots, despite the fact that it doesn’t bring anything original. The quality of the symbols can make a game worth playing for that alone, if it makes it fun to look at.

Special Features
The Leprechaun is the one that can activate the Symbol Swap feature. It will rain down from above certain high paying symbols, which will be placed on the reels, replacing regular ones.
You can get paid quite well thanks to it, especially if it gives you multiple wilds. There is also the option of landing a Mega Symbol, which would be even better.
A Beer Bonus feature starts up when you have the right symbol in 3+ locations. It’s a simple one, asking you to choose a beer mug, and then awarding a prize. There is the option of a Triple Beer Bonus as well, and with it you can get up to 1,000x as a prize.
With three Pot of Gold symbols scattered in various positions, but in view, you gain access to the free spins of Rainbow Jackpots. If the Leprechaun helps out, you can get the Mega Free Spins instead, with up to 100 rounds available to you for free.
You will find that the wild symbol can be of a lot of help. Used to substitute in the game, you get it to appear in any position, and you get its help if on the lines that it occupies there are matching regular symbols that can use it.
The wilds are also the ones that take over pay lines by themselves, offering the jackpot this way.
Maximum Payouts
The regular payouts will deliver a prize of 800 coins, which would mean at most $20,000 cash, if the maximum bet was selected.
Summary
Rainbow Jackpots has enough interesting features to convince me that it’s worth playing, even with the theme being so boring.
