Theme of The Game

Motorhead’s theme is based on the English heavy metal rock band that sports the same name, which activated between 1975 and 2015. The band has been disbanded as a result of Ian Kilmister’s death, the last member that was also one of the original guys that started it.

Though the band will no longer entertain its fans with their music, the slot machine will be released later this year, giving everyone a chance to try it out, and even make some money.

With a total of about 50 EPs, studio albums, compilations and live recordings realized over the course of four decades, Motorhead is a legend of rock, and it’s considered one of the top names of the industry.

Developer

The creator of the slot machine is going to be Net Ent, a big developer of slot machines, which have a collection of over 140 titles under their belt, in this category alone.

They have a trilogy called Net Ent Rocks, due to be released this year. It started with the Guns N Roses slot, followed by Jimi Hendrix, and ending with Motorhead. From them you can expect impressive graphics, fun features and even an appropriate soundtrack, which is important for a game that is inspired by music.

How To Play It

Those that want to try out Motorhead will have to use a betting system which seems to be standard for the slots from this company. It doesn’t usually involve the selection of the number of paylines, that part is fixed, but it does require players to choose how many coins each one gets (bet level option) and what their denomination should be (coin value). A line bet will vary between $2 and $10 usually (up to 10 coins of $1 used on each one).

With a great design, a player can forgive a slot many other problems that it might have. Net Ent slots tend to do great graphics wise, and Motorhead should be an example of what they can achieve in this area.

Special Features

One of the areas where Motorhead should do well is the list of features which will be offered. All of the slots released so far in this series offer free spins and wild symbols, so I’d expect them from Motorhead as well. It remains to be seen what kind of extra advantages they will bring with them when they’re triggered.

Multiple features will be offered though, so it will not be a simple game when it comes out. The other two slots of the trilogy each have about four or five paytable pages filled with information on the various types of bonus games, free spins or wilds that can appear along the way.

Maximum Payouts

Games that have too much to offer in the way of features or paylines generally don’t do that well with their top prizes. We’ll see how Motorhead does when it is released, but I’d expect for the rest of the game to offer a lot more, while the payouts give you a bit less.

Summary

If it comes from Net Ent, it should be at least tested, their designs are always good and fun to experience. If it’s a game like this, of whose theme you’re actually a fan, then it’s a must try.
