WMS will have one of the larger collections of slots for its players, but they’re not among my favorites. They can do work, but they don’t always take it all the way, and they tend to use very basic looking poker icons for about half of their symbols.
The look that results from this is incomplete, and the way the options are laid out is not exactly standard for the industry either. There are good sides as well to their slots though, namely the features that they can include, as you will see in this game as well.
How To Play It
You have 40 lines in use, and you will be allowed to use a wager of $0.01 to $1.25 for each one. You simply modify the total bet value, the only one available to you, increasing it from a minimum of $0.40, to a maximum of $50. A large and round Spin button is located to the right of the screen.
I’ve mentioned it before, WMS doesn’t seem to believe in using regular betting options and their interface is organized in a different way than the one from other developers. Special Features
The logo of the game, spelling for you the words Dancing in Rio, is placed against the flag of Brazil. Present on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th reels, these are the wild symbols and the ones which will make the game slightly more profitable for you.
Free spins can be triggered if the symbols with the Masks on them appear in at least three positions. Depending on the symbols which triggered the feature, you might have 10, 20 or 50 spins for free from it.
Another thing to pay attention to will be the green or red background, which some of the symbols might have. Green backgrounds are used on all the reels, while red ones are only available on the 5th reel. If you have backgrounds of a certain color on the entire reel, then you might be able to form a combo with those colors.
You can get paid for three to five neighboring green backgrounds, or you can mix four green ones with a red one, and get a progressive jackpot this way.
