Theme of The Game

Cloud Quest’s theme is one that is often chosen by developers, and Play N Go didn’t resist the temptation either. It’s inspired by fantasy and by the wonderful worlds that can be part of that genre.

In this game, the action seems to take place next to a floating city, a huge and beautiful fortress made out of stone and floating in mid-air, complete with rivers which fall down to the ground from its margins. The fantasy genre is naturally quite appropriate for a wizard, and you see that side of the game as well on its reels. Various shields, potions, magic staffs and spell books are used as symbols, with the wizard being present on the left part of the reels.

It’s not the case in Cloud Quest, where all you have to do is click on the Spin button, and then you can sit back and watch the action happen on the reels. The symbols will disappear on their own when they form combinations, and you will get paid. The game has a mobile version as well, and it has a couple of buttons on the screen, including Home, Options and Spin.

If there is one thing to be sure about, it would be that the quality of the design is one of the reasons why you should give this game a chance. With semi-transparent reels, you get peeks at the floating city that is in the background, and all the symbols are appropriately themed.

The main thing that makes this game attractive is the Candy Crush Saga like action that takes place on its reels. Symbols which are in groups of three will drop off the reels, no matter which way they’re oriented. They can be in vertical mode, horizontal, diagonal, and the combo still forms and pays you. It’s worth noting that new combinations can form out of the symbols which come in to replace the old ones, and that you can get paid multiple time with a single spin.

You will get some help from the slot’s wild symbols, which as always can be used to take the place of other symbols, as long as the rest of the requirements for the combo are met.
